We process the data you provide us (name, phone number, email, and transfer details: pickup, destination, date, flight number and passengers) solely to manage your booking request or enquiry and to reply to you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

When you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled directly within the WhatsApp app, under the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which we do not control.

When you accept analytics cookies, we process aggregated browsing data to understand which pages and campaigns generate the most bookings, without personally identifying you.

The legal basis for processing your data when you submit a form or message us on WhatsApp is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): we need your details to provide you with a quote and manage your transfer.

The legal basis for analytics cookies is your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can give or withdraw at any time from the cookie banner on this site.
